– Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your
invoice/contract.

– Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is permitted with advance notice (see contract for
details).

– Travel & Fees: Travel within city limits of Thomasville, GA and county limits of Thomas County is included. Additional travel,
parking, or accommodation fees may apply for distant events.

– Photography Delivery: Images are delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe. Editing style is at the discretion of the
photographer; no unedited/raw files are provided.

– Makeup & Hair Services: All products used are professional-grade and sanitized. Please disclose allergies or sensitivities before
your appointment.

– Liability: Pale Horse Productions is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, or force
majeure) that may affect services.
