Full Service Package Pricing

Small Event (2 hours | up to 100 edited images)

Events ranging from one guest and up to 30 guests (not including the host(s), vendors, and independent contractors in charge of planning and executing the event) are considered “small” according to Pale Horse Productions and therefore are priced as such.

Large Event (3.5 hours | up to 150 edited images)

Events of 31 guests or more (not including the host(s), vendors, and independent contractors in charge of planning and executing the event) are considered “large” according to Pale Horse Productions and therefore are priced as such.

NOTE: Rush delivery is not available for image packages totaling more than 150 edited images.

Editing is at the discretion of Pale Horse Productions, clients may request additional edits for an agreed upon fee.

Proof gallery within 2-6 weeks depending on event size and quantity requested

Final edited images delivered within 4–6 weeks depending on event size and quantity requested

Rush option: 72 hours for up to 100 edited images, 1 week for 101-150 edited images, unavailable for 151+ edited images

The quantity of edited images produced is determined by the client and priced accordingly; additional images may be added for a fee as outlined above.

Fees are not reduced when the amount of images requested does not meet the total allotted for the service package requested.

Trial session available (optional, additional fee may be applied to more than one trial session per client)

Clients may combine as many services as they wish as long as services combined do not risk damaging hair or skin.

Services will not be added on during the appointment, all requested services must be pre-approved by Pale Horse Productions BEFORE the scheduled appointment date.
